The Glendower Caddy Association is responsible for the management, training and development of caddies at Glendower . All players taking a caddy are required to pay for a caddy voucher at the green fee desk in the main entrance.

This voucher covers the cost of the caddies Halfway as well as the costs of the Caddy Development Program.

A minimum tip of R120-00 is payable to the caddy at the end of your round. A minimum of 1 caddy per four ball is compulsory.

Benefits offered by The Caddy Association are:

• Caddies are controlled and managed in a professional manner.
• Caddies are provided with uniforms and identification cards.
• Caddies receive a free funeral policy.
• Caddies are continually trained.
• A Rain Fund has been set up to compensate caddies that do not get a bag due to rain.
