Glendower is a leader in the Development of Golf in South Africa. We currently sponsor 28 Development memberships as part of our commitment to Development Golf. 16 are boys and 12 girls , with 17 being nominated for membership by the South African Golf Development Board.

General Manager, Paul Leishman, has given many years of service to the Central Gauteng Union and Development Board’s  Development initiatives. In addition to our commitment to development of the Previously Disadvantaged, we also contribute a great deal towards the development of junior golf through the Central Gauteng Junior Golf Foundation.
